LO2= 250 Nm3/h; 99.5%O2;
GN2=400 Nm3/h; 99.999%N2 10PPmO2;16 bar G min
LN2=50 Nm3/h; 99.999%N2 10PPmO2
LAr=140 Nm3/h; 99.999%Ar(PPmO2, PPmN2), 21 bar G min
Note:
1. Nm3/h refers to the volume flow at 0C& 101.3KPa. (the same in the following)
2. Operation period (duration between two major heating): 2 years
3. Warming and de-riming Time: 36 h4. Starting Time: 36 h
