Technex Limited is the group company which gives the best solutions in cryogenic industrial fields. The group is represented by manufacturing companies which the oldest one is one of the national large-sized first-class and second grade enterprises, a backbone enterprise of the former Ministry of Machine Building Industry and one of the design and manufacture bases of cryogenic equipment in China since 1966.

There are more than 3000 people in the company, including about 400 technicists and many departments such as Cryogenic Equipment Research Institute, Technical Center, Measuring and Physical-Chemical Testing Center, Welding Research Institute, etc.  The Group consists of 46 member.  The group has 10 subsidiaries and owns a property of more than 133 million US dollars.

The group has a great technology power, fine fabrication equipment, perfect inspection means and strong capability for design and manufacture, and has been approved to design and manufacture the pressure vessels of Grade AR1 and CR2.  The group company satisfies the ISO-9001 Certificate and ASME Certificates of Authorization and Stamps U and U2.

Technex is the official  member of Ukrainian Gases Assosiation.

Technex is official partner of Asia Pacific Industrial Gases Association. Tehcnex was invited as third supervisors’  part during the process of negotiation between Gases Assosiations from  China, India, and Korea. Technex officials signed the Memorandum of Understanding about foundation of Asia Pacific Industrial Gases Association.

Igor began his career in 1997 straight from University. He worked for Government in Ukrainian stock exchange and securities State Commission. From 1999 he starts the career in Industry field and becomes CEO of national manufacturing company managing 1000 workers on two plants. Igor experienced in organization of manufacturing investment projects in Ukraine including manufacturing technology organization, plant organization, human resources organization. Igor starts to work in industrial gases field from 2003 in quality of associate of national industrial gas company. From 2005 after his contribution in negotiation of national industrial gas company with Messer about its acquisition by Messer, Igor was invited for the position of Managing Director of national industrial gas company  which under him becomes the leading company in cryogenic equipment supply. In 2006 he launched the cryogenic cylinders project, more than 1000 cylinders were imported to CIS countries. Now, the national industrial gas company becomes the Ukrainian cryogenic cylinders exporter. He developed the international business relations of Ukranian industrial gas company and achieved the best contractual relations with well known international cryogenic and gas equipment companies. From 2005 Technex team leads the project of cryogenic semi-trailers assembling in Ukraine. Technex Limited is the company most supoported by Ukraine Gas Assosiation. Igor Voronin jointly founded TECHNEX LIMITED Europe office with his closest partners; the final realization of years of team building.
A graduate of the Kyiv National Economic University and Kyiv Radio Mechanics Technical College, he received his M.A. degree in international business, Bachelor in law, and Bachelor in mechanics construction. He is fluent in English, Italian, Russian and speaks French.
